Job Description
  • Take ownership of the entire end-to-end recruitment efforts
  • Source for top talents using a variety of creative techniques
  • Develop talent pipelines and candidate relationships for future opportunities
  • Drive talent management projects from planning to delivery
  • Execute and coordinate for employer branding activities, including campus initiatives
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects/requests

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from a recognized university with good academic credentials
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in the recruitment area, preferably in a technology company
  • Good understanding of talent acquisition and employer branding strategies
  • Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong team player who can also work organized, prioritize and support the team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Bahasa and English language, both verbal and written
  • Game enthusiast is a plus point
