Program Officer (Remote)

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the Program Team to build a strategy of reaching Changemakers by supporting Organizers to reach their target actions and unlock donations from Sponsors. 
• Develop, plan, and execute amplification and other activation activities to build awareness and engagement with external collaborators.
• Support and coordinate with Program team members to increase reach and onboard Supporters.
• Coordinate and work closely with the Outreach Team, Communications Team, Sponsorship Team, Data Team, and other Campaign.com teams to reach our OKRs.
• Respond to program-related tasks as needed as part of Engagement Team.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree of any major in Indonesia
• At least 1 year of working experience in the social sector and have been sharing social activities or social projects in Indonesia
• Strong passion in social issues  
• Research experience  and proficient in data management 
• Enjoy generating creative ideas for the development of Campaign.com activities
• Able to handle both creative and analytical aspects of the role
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Proficient in remote working tools such as JIRA, Slack, and Google Workspaces
• Familiarity with event and project management, data management and email marketing is a plus
• Positive thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good team player and proactive attitude
