Customer Experience Learning
You Will
- In charge of planning the training budget for each department, incidental costs and the number of training participants as needed, etc.
 - Create & Develop strategies and organizational plans to meet training and development needs, and organize training implementation, measurement and follow-up as needed.
 - Work with key business stakeholders to build a continuous improvement learning in CE and in OVO.
 
What You Need  
- Minimum S1 from any major or equivalent, preferably from general management, psychology or education discipline.
 - Minimum 5 years professional experiences in the field of Talent Development and Learning in Banking or financial industries / multinational companies.
 - Very good command of English and reading, writing and listening skills.
 - High motivation to develop people and grow the organization.
 - Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to work confidently across the depth and breadth of senior leadership team.
 - Strong in Project Management.
 - Good in Facilitation skills.
 - Effective Problem Solver.
