Content Specialist (Remote)
What you'll do:
- Plan & initiate social media strategy to build a strong social media presence
- Building strong brand awareness through Influencer Marketing strategy
- Develop a strong social media team on content creation, strategy & critical thinking
- Analyze market trend related to social media activities
- Ensure brand consistency in all content pillars
- Supervise all aspect of social media engagement between customers & the company
- Create actionable plans to grow & maintain social media presence
- Create content marketing timelines and manage social media activities from production to publication
- Report all campaign performance to stakeholders
- Make listings and ensure the content (web, app, and social media) is produced according to the timeline and deadlines. Working with video production team, content team & creative team to create video content
- Analyzing videos and subscribers between Youtube and competitors through Youtube Studio and Social Bakers to make a weekly report
- Uploading video on time as a scheduled
- Live Stream Online/Offline Events such as Talkshow, Webinar, Games Livestream, Campaign Events, etc.
What you'll need:
- 3 years of experience in social media (especially Youtube) campaigns and content creation
- Experience in developing creative ideas for campaigns and making art and copy decisions
- Strong technical knowledge of design software, basic knowledge in motion and video editing is a plus
- Solid understanding of multiple social media platforms and trends
- A can-do attitude with strong cross-functional team coordination in order to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to run marketing campaigns
- Must be able to think out of the box and have a good understanding of user and audience’s needs and expectations
