- Ownership of the marketing P&L - responsible for all marketing and growth initiatives for instant groceries vertical.
- Planning of 360 degree marketing strategies and campaigns to grow top of mind brand awareness.
- Defining marketing targets, forecasting, brand strategy
- Define, Plan channel allocation, timelines and execute the marketing for campaigns and promotions.
- Lead a team of marketers and brand enthusiasts.
- Work with a group branding team in the creation of unique branding strategies for the vertical.
- You will design and build a brand for Instant groceries, that every household is able to relate to for why we exist.
- Analyze performance of all channels and campaigns.
- Build an awareness strategy as we rapidly enter new cities and territories.
- You know what it takes to build a brand that is famous in every household.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated marketing plans.
- Proven experience in consumer awareness through successful marketing strategies.
- You believe in a sustainable acquisition model that links to the value proposition the business is building for its customers.
- You never run out of creative ideas and have a creative strong eye to understand the appropriate tone of various customer segments.
- Proven experience of leading a high performing, brand appeal & efficiency driven consumer marketing team.
