Product Management - Product Operations - Payment Processing

Job Description:
  • Analyse business requirements and prepare product requirements related to payment projects
  • Prepare prioritisation and scoping on the product roadmap
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver projects in accordance with target scopes and desired timelines
  • Ensure project deliverability
  • Maintain product operability, operations best practices, and critical & routine tasks in the whole product operations by managing internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders
  • Provide solutions on technical and operational challenges
  • Gather and analyse requirements based on feedback from stakeholders

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Payment and Collection system or similar environment
  • Prior experience as a Product Manager or Product Operation
  • Previous experience in leading a team in daily tasks or projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills with end-to-end viewing capability
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Korean (optional) to facilitate discussions with stakeholders
