Product Management - Product Operations - Payment Processing
Job Description:
- Analyse business requirements and prepare product requirements related to payment projects
- Prepare prioritisation and scoping on the product roadmap
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver projects in accordance with target scopes and desired timelines
- Ensure project deliverability
- Maintain product operability, operations best practices, and critical & routine tasks in the whole product operations by managing internal stakeholders
- Work closely with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide solutions on technical and operational challenges
- Gather and analyse requirements based on feedback from stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in Payment and Collection system or similar environment
- Prior experience as a Product Manager or Product Operation
- Previous experience in leading a team in daily tasks or projects
- Strong problem-solving skills with end-to-end viewing capability
- Able to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Korean (optional) to facilitate discussions with stakeholders
