Product Manager 1

Job Description:

- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.

- Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business value.

- Research and analyze to understand in-depth user problems.

- Craft well-articulated product requirement documents that demonstrate a deep understanding of users' and internal stakeholders' needs.

- Work closely with the engineering, UX, operations team and third-party partners to ensure product implementation and execution are successfully launched.

- Have exposure to build complex systems to support operational workflows.

- Able to work in an ambiguous environment, identifying the most important problems and delivering the right solutions.

- Have an understanding of Product metrics and are capable of analyzing raw data to derive meaningful insights.

- Act as the main point of contact for product-related queries and updates.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of product management experience in customer-facing application

- Loves challenges and can structure thinking and solve complex problems.

- Analytical and data-driven, love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project.

- Successful track record in strategizing, planning, developing, and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally.

- Passionate about customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best.

- Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed - execution.

- Fluent in English is a must and is a confident communicator.

- Entrepreneurial with a high sense of ownership and comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
