Planning & Management Division Head
We are looking for a strategic and experienced leader to oversee company planning and operations. This role includes:
- Leading strategic planning and aligning projects with company goals
- Managing budgets, timelines, and team performance
- Overseeing finance, HR, risk management, and general support functions
- Monitoring cash flow and proposing financial strategies
- Improving reporting systems and ensuring transparent processes
- Strengthening internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure compliance
- Driving digital transformation to boost efficiency
- Coordinating with external parties such as auditors, regulators, and banks
With the requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- Master’s degree or CFA certification is a plus
- 8–15 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Background in strategic planning, finance, HR, compliance, and risk management
- Proven success in leading projects and teams
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strategic thinker with financial knowledge
- Skilled in negotiation and decision-making
- Able to adapt and perform under pressure
Other:
- Experience in finance, banking, or payment industry preferred
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Confident & comfortable working both independently and in a team
