SKINTIFIC is Hiring: People Operations Specialist
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Specialist to join our growing HR team! If you're passionate about employee experience, HR operations, and creating scalable processes, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or related HR roles
- Hands-on experience managing and maintaining a large-scale of employee data
- Experience supporting HR operations within a mid to large-scale organization is preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. GDay, SAP, Workday, or similar) is a plus
- Strong data management and analytical skills, proficient in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Able to work with an On-Site working arrangement policy
