Job Description:
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) with clarity on objective and execution details for all stakeholders. 
  • Drive project vision, evaluate impact for each project, monitor its implementation, and measure key metrics that inform the success of projects. 
  • Ensure that each project is proceeding according to timeline and meeting targets & expectations
  • Integrate usability studies, market research, and analysis & collect all relevant data and information for project requirements
  • Able to analyze data performance and provide critical insights & learning
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Identifies and coordinates implementation of internal and external resources

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required with good business acumen
  • Problem solver with data-driven and clear structure & analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbally and in writing), good ability to work in a team, and good negotiation skills
  • Experience in data analysis using Excel (Vlookup, IF function, Pivot, etc)
  • Have experience on creating a professional deck
  • Ability to work quickly, work with cross-functional teams and prioritize under deadlines among competing projects
  • Proactive to make things happen and critical in ensuring progress.

Regional Senior Business Analyst -

Job Descriptions:
  • Analyze Tokopedia data and provide data driven recommendation and insights for Regional Growth Expansion Team 
  • Create presentation deck for higher management for reporting or analysis purpose
  • Monitor data Seller/Merchant performance and provide feedback based on findings
  • Actively contribute to improve current reporting standardization
  • Coordinate with related stakeholders on data request, ensuring timely and quality execution
  • Experienced 3-6 years in Business/Seller Management Analyst
  • Advanced in data analysis tools such as Excel (pivot), dashboard (such as Tableau)
  • Fluent in english

City Manager Solo -

As a part of the Tokopedia expansion team, you will be responsible to :
  • Lead Solo team's to enlarge Tokopedia impact within this Area
  • Initiate local strategic to growing Tokopedia business base on total platform
  • Improve existing partners performance to reach their full potential on each category
  • Develop campaign assets focusing on existing and new sellers performance
  • Collaborate with MKT marketing team to give more exposures on mid-level partners
  • Analyze existing partners performance and proposing solutions to improve their performance

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in leader role, i.e sales manager/account management lead
  • Strong leadership and good experience in dynamic startup environment
  • Good knowledge of Solo area (seller and buyer side)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills
