Corporate Strategy Manager

Job description:

• Responsible for facilitating and developing one of tiket.com's specific vertical overall strategy and execution plan, including:
• Identifying growth opportunities, business model innovation, and facilitating cross-functional vertical initiatives
• Monitoring medium to long-term business trends/outlooks, gathering competitive intelligence to contribute strategic business planning discussion for assigned vertical
• Providing structured approach, research, and analysis that supports decision-making process and ensuring continuous improvement of such processes across vertical functions (Commercial, Product, CS)
• Review operating model, balanced scorecard performance, and participate in the annual business planning cycle for the assigned vertical
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects and connect business functions to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Have experience as Senior consultant or manager in Consulting / Transaction Advisory / Lead Advisory or Corporate Strategy in tech startups
• Minimum bachelor degrees from any major
• Knowledge of business processes
• Experience in requirements gathering, requirement management, gap analysis
• Experience with statistic method
• Experience with market research
• Advance problem solving & analytical thinking
• Have good communication & interpersonal skill
