Sales Trainer Specialist
What Will You Do With Us
- Ensures consistency in the delivery and application of training standards across the division (Telcounselling, FS, CS and Ops)
- Conduct the planning, prioritization, and development of new training programs
- Analyze day-to-day needs for training in the sales team
- Create training module
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as sales Trainer
- Friendly and personable
- Excellent in communication and presentation
- Able to communicate well in English, both spoken and written
