What Will You Do With Us

• Ensures consistency in the delivery and application of training standards across the division (Telcounselling, FS, CS and Ops)
• Conduct the planning, prioritization, and development of new training programs
• Analyze day-to-day needs for training in the sales team
• Create training module

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor Degree in any field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as sales Trainer
• Friendly and personable
• Excellent in communication and presentation
• Able to communicate well in English, both spoken and written
