HR System & Analyst (Remote)

What you'll do
  • Maintain HR data tools, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and also customized HR reports.
  • Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources.
  • Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of HR data or system and troubleshoot irregularities.
  • Responsible for addressing a high volume of system-related activities in a timely fashion while maintaining a high level of quality and internal customer satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Contributes to all Human Resources projects related to data & system.

What you'll need :
  • Bachelor degree is required, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a HR data & Analytics role.
  • A comprehensive and proven HR experience in a fast-paced, collaborative working environtment.
  • Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics.
  • Knowledge of data, reporting, and analytics.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational need, and develop integrated, creative solutions.
Good English communication skills.
