CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Manager - Urgent

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Plan, design and lead hygiene campaigns for CRM channels to maintain high user activation and engagements
  • Co-develop and execute brand, acquisition and product campaigns with the planner team. Provide best practices of the channels and own the optimization of user experience of the channel
  • Closely monitor, track and report analytics to ensure they align with our growth KPIs (user acquisition, activation, retention, cost per metric, ROI etc.)
  • Ensure consistency of user experiences and full compliance with regulation on any marketing execution

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing or other related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience. Experience and proven track record in managing CRM channels is a big plus
  • Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
  • A great team leader that’s able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
