Requirements:
- Minimum 5 – 7 years in either Brand, Marketing, Communications or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team, or strong proven record of being a strong individual contributor
- Must have a good knowledge of marketing campaign tactics
- Track record of designing and executing successful brand or marketing campaigns
- Strong written and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Competency in developing and executing a strong content and brand strategy across multiple online/offline platforms
- Experience working in a start-up environment is preferred
- Proven record of the ability to drive results in a team under tight timelines
- Good knowledge of the talent landscape in Indonesia
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
