What you will do:
  • Lead the Customer Success team by inspiring and training them for growth;
  • Coordinate daily tasks;
  • Ensure goal achievement - both individual and team-based;
  • Track, monitor, and communicate the progress of the team;
  • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings to give feedback and support;
