Sr. Account Receivable Executive
- Responsibilities:
- Managing the timely collection process and payment
- Performing account receivable and bank reconciliation and clearance in SAP based on the completed reconciliation and in compliance with company guidance
- Solving any further investigation variance on account receivable reconciliation process such as the incomplete data from Bank, inconsistency payment as per online travel agent agreement, etc. within the agreed time frame with supervisor
- Coordinating and handling any billing or collection issues to related parties both internal or external (account manager of online travel agent and payment gateway) efficiently
- Preparing necessary adjustment journal as part of account receivable clearance in SAP related to sales, commission, bank charges or any other charges as per third party agreement
- Working closely with accounting and reporting team for entries made in SAP and to ensure accounting standards are in compliance
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Requirements:
- PA bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- Start-up, fintech, e-commerce industry background is a plus
- Minimum 3 Years of experiences in Account Receivable
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient to handle big data and Microsoft excel skills
- Financial accounting knowledge, SAP is preferable
- Ability to work independently and play a hands-on role in a dynamic, challenging and fast-paced environment and exposure leading a fundraising is preferred
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent presentation skills
- Highly motivated and driven, with good integrity and a strong sense of accountability and focused on delivering results
