UX Researcher
Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:
- End to end ownership of concurrently running research projects, starting from brainstorming with users and/or stakeholders, planning, create requirements and research design, conducting research with various complexity and methods, doing the data analysis
- Communicate and deliver meaningful and impactful research insights to users and/or stakeholders and inspire decision making or strategic direction based on research insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders (product, design, operation team) to identify research needs, align on priorities
- Support all phases of product development
- Being consumers voices to capture consumer insights from multiple data sources and inform the team on consumer feedbacks
- Being the part of the dynamic and customer-centric team that always strive to deliver excellent customer experience
- Mentoring junior researcher
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years proven UX research or applied product research experience
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Experience in doing research using multiple methods, from qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience in running research independently, starting from planning until delivering insights
- Strong understanding on different research methods, when to use different methods, and how to apply the different methods in the research
- Agile to work in both individual or working in a team
- Articulate communicator and good presentation skills
- Detail-oriented
- Customer-centric and data oriented
