CUSTOMER CARE DEVELOPMENT STAFF (DESIGN FOR LEARNING)

Job Purpose
The Customer Care Development Staff position is aimed to strengthen the People Development team in the Customer Service Department, to gain agents’ awareness, happiness and reduce the attrition rate.


Job Descriptions
  • Assist People Development Lead to compiling and analysis development data
  • Initiate, creating and handling engagement program as agreed plan & timeline
  • Initiate & creating campaign value CS to agent (program awareness) as agreed plan & timeline
  • Managing CS Extra -Curricular Program as agreed plan & timeline
 

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor degree any major
  • Have at least 1 year experience as a program engagement officer.
  • Familiar & able to used MS Office (Word, excel, power point) and Photoshop
  • Familiar with managing and creating social media content
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa, both written & speaking
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong initiative & creative
  • Cheerful personality and good communication skill
  • Strong analytic skill
  • Teamwork
