Content Operation Executive

Description

Manage day-to-day operations of the content team to comply with time and scope requirements for expanding core stream (UTBK) and other noncore ad hoc projects
Update regular reports on content growth and development to the Content Growth Lead
Coordinate with Content Growth Lead to manage existing and upcoming content or project in order to achieve the OKR
Ensure the content distribution results meets the target
Proactively give suggestions and ideas to meet the target
Carry out constant evaluation and adjustment to have successful completion
Help coordinate with other stakeholders regarding noncurriculum content
Maintain direct and open interaction with line managers to ensure technical feasibility and all resources needed are available

Minimum Qualification:

1 year experience preferably from E-commerce or Tech Company
Familiar with basic SQL Familiar with Content Experiment and A/B Testing
Previous project management experience desired
Have technical and operational knowledge of content management system
People person - will be working cross-functionally with many stakeholders
Focused on how to solve problems rather than what the problem is
Hustle and growth mindset
Be prepared to occasionally work long hours and continuously learn new things Multitask whiz
You should be able to juggle a number of different tasks at once Data-driven
Familiar with google sheet formulas and data visualisation is a plus
