Who We Are Looking For
Someone who has:
- Minimally 3 - 6 years of experience in in-house talent acquisition, with experience leading teams and hiring for senior-level, executive positions
- A good command of English (spoken and written)
- A team player who has a keen sense of mission and embodies our RIIBCOH values
- A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed
- Highly adaptable and personally organised
- Process- and systems-oriented
- Experience in high-volume hiring greatly preferred
