Who We Are Looking For

Someone who has:

• Minimally 3 - 6 years of experience in in-house talent acquisition, with experience leading teams and hiring for senior-level, executive positions
• A good command of English (spoken and written)
• A team player who has a keen sense of mission and embodies our RIIBCOH values
• A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed
• Highly adaptable and personally organised
• Process- and systems-oriented
• Experience in high-volume hiring greatly preferred
