Job Descriptions :
- Develop digital performance marketing strategy across business verticals for paid channels
- Leverage various data sources and combine with external data to set digital media strategies
- Define digital media tools and services to ensure world-class planning and buying capabilities
- Drive development and implementation of consistent KPIs in collaboration with all Marketing team function
- Drive market leading ROAS and analyze optimum digital mix to achieve KPIs
- Manage external partner and media owners, including regular evaluation of delivery and services
- Focus on new and innovative ways of reactivating customers through constant testing & refining of new initiatives
- Improve channel performance via heavy A/B testing on all key levers to keep improving channel CTR and Conversions. Work cross-functionally with Analytics /Marketing team to uplift channel performance via incremental analysis
- Close collaboration with user growth/branding/commercial/campaign / and other biz units to leverage each other's strength for integrated marketing uplift for the whole platform
- Continuously improve and optimize BAU media investment efficiencies across media channels and digital touchpoints (on and offsite) against master performance KPIs benchmarks
- Report on key metrics, learnings and marketing campaigns with stakeholders
- Responsible for end to end Performance Marketing operations. Plan, setup, monitor and optimize digital advertising channels
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics/math's or tech-related majors
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital performance marketing or relevant/related roles
- Hands-on experience in executing at least one of the performance marketing channels (Google Adwords, Facebook, 3rd Party Networks) and a solid understanding of underlying tech building blocks (product feed, automation and more) is critical
- Familiar with mobile app user acquisition and retargeting; have solid knowledge about cross-channel tracking, attribution logic and MMPs
- Engage and effectively communicate with senior executive stakeholders across the organization
- Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies and marketing attribution models
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to big groups of audiences on a regular basis
- Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
- Ability to analyze reports and communicate findings succinctly to cross-functional business partners
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with start-up and/or tech-driven environments desired.
