User Relations Intern (Remote)
Job Description
- Responding promptly to users' inquiries.
- Communicating with users through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving users' complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the user relation process.
- Ensure users satisfaction and provide professional users relations.
Requirement
- Have an interest/interest in projects and social movements, especially the social issues that the Campaign focuses on (Equality, Education, Environment, Health).
- Proactive & creative in finding a solution or solving a case.
- Students are prioritized for at least on semester 5 or above with the consideration that they have received basic lecture material in accordance with the majors applied for.
- Students can convert credits for at least 15 credits.
- Willing to work & study in a fast paced work environment.
- Have good communication skills, both written or spoken.
- Able to work independently or in groups.
- Have a growth mindset.
- Willing to work remotely (online) so this internship opportunity is open for those who lives outside JABODETABEK.
- Ability to stay calm when users are stressed or upset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
- In depth and personal understanding of our Campaign #ForChange app.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward users at all times.
