Job Description
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy, targets and performance metrics
- Maintain and improve the development of social media content and schedule, such as videos, posts, competitors and so on, to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions
- Execution of our social media content across the different channels, including but not exclusive to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Manage, and develop the social media, content, and production team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Brand Marketing and beyond
- Reporting on a regular and ad hoc basis on overall and campaign performances
- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or overseas university
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok and other social media best practices
- Good understanding of social media metrics and KPIs
- Good time-management skills, Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
