Business Development and Partnerships - Junior Compliance
Job Description:
- Keep up to date on compliance issues and ensure their timely escalation, reporting, and resolution.
- Advise business and senior management on applicable rules and regulations, methods and processes needed to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Actively collaborate with other teams to create a culture of compliance
- Conducting and developing compliance socialization programs and training for internal stakeholders.
- To assist in dealings with regulators on regulatory matters, including seeking clarifications on issues where needed
- Manage and drive the implementation of compliance related projects
- Investigate findings or non-compliance issues and manage an effective action plan
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of working experience in Governance, Risk management, Compliance and/ or project management field within Advisory firms, e-commerce industry, banking or other related fields or Management Consulting experience
- Familiarity with compliance and risk management framework is preferred
- Driven and motivated with passion in the E-Commerce/Tech industry
- Excellent English & Indonesian written & verbal communication skills and coordination capabilities
- Strong analytical & logical reasoning skills
- Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
- The ability to bridge business and technical environments, and the ability to build professional relationships in addition to lead and coach junior members of the team to work responsibly and independently
