Logistics Operations Lead
Responsibilities
- Lead overall logistics and fulfillment operations in collaboration with all stakeholders, both internal and external parties.
- Maintain 3PL performance (on-time pick-up and delivery rate), fulfillment partners, complaint handling improvement, return rate, etc.
- Setup logistics and fulfillment operations flow for new businesses and 3PLs (including dashboard/performance monitoring, return policy, insurance, complaint handling, etc.).
- Proactively analyze and lead process improvement through research, interview, or other viable means.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from top local or overseas universities. Preferably in Logistics & Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or any other related major.
- More than 3 years of work experience in a related field: marketplace, logistics, and fulfillment company.
- Possess strong drive and self-motivation for performance improvement.
- A natural collaborator with the ability to partner and influence other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills.
