Fintech Manager

Job Description

• Develop business plans, including financial projections, market potential & budgeting, for new & existing business within the Fintech tribe.
• Plan, manage, grow the acquisition channels, and execute growth initiatives through online and offline activities.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to establish & manage business operations.
• Work with the tribe leader to create and finalize OKR targets and plans.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, engineering and other teams within Bukalapak to ensure alignment on OKR, product goals, requirement, flow, and related execution details.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or other related fields from a reputable university.
• Have more than 3 (three) years of professional experience in business development and strategy roles for financial technology products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work in a diverse team environment.
• Possess good negotiation skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, and Google Suites.
• Able to work in a diverse team environment.
