Growth Projects Specialist, Shopee Xpress
Job Description:
- Identify growth opportunities, business model innovation, and capabilities to support Shopee Xpress’ strategic vision
- Develop cost and financial models, as well as supporting analysis for strategic business planning and operational decision-making purposes
- Identify issues and propose strategies related to the procedures executed
- Work closely with variety of stakeholders to ensure strategies are implemented and well executed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master of Business Administration holder will be an advantage
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Consulting or Corporate Strategy areas will be an advantage
- Strong financial modelling, cost modelling, business modelling, and cost projection skills
- Outstanding project management skill, especially in managing complex projects
- Good analytical and interpersonal skill
- Independent contributor with a can-do attitude
- Ready for a challenging and a dynamic environment
