Admin Support (Tukar Faktur)

Job Description:
  • Manage all administration of invoice
  • Report of invoice success rate
  • Responsible for the creation of customer invoices
  • Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Logistics to ship goods and create invoices.

Requirements:
  • Have 1-2 years of experience working in an Administrative. Relevant experience in logistics and eCommerce is an added advantage
  • Have high integrity, honesty, and credibility
  • Basic Computer skills (can operate Ms. Office, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint)
  • Detail oriented
  • Willing to mobile preferably have a driving license SIM C (Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi)
