Description
We are looking for Finance Associates who will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, including managing journal entries, account reconciliations, and data administration in the team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team in various tasks such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for business improvement.
- Assist with financial audits and compliance requirements.
- Help with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with tax compliance and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field.
- 2-4 years of working experience in finance or accounting.
- Robust data analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for financial technology and eagerness to learn and grow within the company
