IT Support Intern
What you'll do:
- Handle document tasks (Print, FU BoD, and User, Scan, send document)
- Print & filling Agreement sheets (Draft Agreement & Addendum, submit hellosign)
- Supply check and Stock Opname IT Assets
- Coordinate with vendors for related IT & GA Services
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support via omnichannel and ticket
- Assist in New onboarding session
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist or responsible for related IT Projects
What you'll need:
- Final year students in IT or any field, fresh graduates are welcome
- Having an experience in IT support is a plus
- Minimal Passive in English communication.
- Familiar with computer devices & printer
- Familiar with Windows OS and MacBook is a plus
- Willing to work in the office (preferably looking who live in Depok or Jakarta) during regular office hours.
- Available for a minimal 3-month contract
