Associate People Engagement and Culture Development Manager

Job Description :

Drive team output and ensure all performance metrics are met.
Develop people engagement and culture development strategies, identify areas of development of our current framework, and continuously improve the framework and programs accordingly.
Oversee the end-to-end initiatives within the people engagement and culture development team; provide guidance, advice, and direction on strategies or potential solutions whenever required to team members.
Ensure the effectiveness of the current people engagement and culture development programs, deploy quick-fix solutions, or drive required change to relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with Head of Department, Human Resource Business Partners, and other stakeholders to understand the business context and identify issues.
Manage expectations and build a strong and healthy relationship with stakeholders.
Coach and mentor team members and ensure team cohesiveness.
Build team capabilities through development plans and career conversations.‎

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
Independent self-starter, able to face obstacles head-on, and drive changes
Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a professional level of tact and diplomacy with all levels of management
Keep abreast of industry trends
Strong interpersonal skills
