Technical Recruiter (E-Commerce)
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the recruitment delivery process and carrying out recruiting activities accordingly
- Closely work with India Recruitment Team & follow best practices in Technical Recruiting & ensuring Candidate/Hiring Manager's best Interview Experience
- Pro-actively work on assigned tech positions & deliver within TAT
- Follow-ups with Interviewer Panel for interview schedules & seek continuous feedback for any further improvisation
- Building Talent Pipeline across multiple tech levels
- Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment-related data and information as per current recruitment legislation
Requirements:
- 2-3 Years of proven work experience as a "Technical Recruiter" with expertise in closing technical positions such as Backend, Mobile (Android, iOS), Data Engineering, Data Science, Front-End, & IT Security roles across E-Commerce/Product space.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Virtual/Physical).
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for the above-mentioned roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques & building a strong tech pipeline through varied sourcing channels (e.g. Social Media recruiting & Boolean search)
- Possess excellent communication & analytical skills.
