Head of Business (International Sales)
What You'll Be Doing
  • Build the recruitment team to achieve our annual targets in matches and monthly revenue
  • Build sales systems and playbooks to systemize sales processes efficiently, which includes the ongoing optimisation of conversion rates for each part of the recruitment funnel, and systemisation of recruiter team processes (commission, career paths, probation system, A-player lists, etc)
  • Collaborate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to lead projects for business growth
  • Advise the General Manager on growth strategy and organisation development for the International Sales Office

Who We Are Looking For
  • 5 years of experience leading a sales team (local or regional)
  • Proven managerial and leadership skills sets with an excellent track record of team building and retention
  • Strong experience in leading top-line targets
  • Demonstrated track record of career excellence
  • Experience in Southeast Asian markets
