Head of Merchant Payment Marketing (Card Not Present - Online)
What You Will Do
  • Go To Market – identify growth opportunities, define target markets/segments, manage tactical and always-on promo, and track impact on business growth for all solutions
  • Product Launches – lead cross-functional teams to drive both awareness and engagement of the company’s products and features to market
  • Team Leadership – transition the team to working in an Agile marketing environment to focus to improve leads generation’s conversion funnels
  • Product Positioning – create compelling messaging that speaks to target audiences
  • Conversion Enablement – work closely with growth functions across teams to create product GTM presentations, playbooks, and ROI tools
  • Partner Enablement – initiate business development with technology partners, driving leads and sales while partnering with product management for technical relationships as appropriate
  • Marketing Enablement – evangelize products by being the thought-leader at industry events, presenting on webinars, developing collateral, and writing blog posts to increase leads and awareness. Deliver briefings and build relationships with key influencers and power users
  • Competitive Analysis – research competitor strengths and weaknesses to inform product roadmaps and improve conversion with effective positioning and merge data-driven market understanding with customer feedback to prioritize go-to-market strategies
  • Automation Lead Flow – work together with internal stakeholders in designing automation lead flow with a personalized approach, engaging copy, captivating audiovisual content, and team with outside sources to produce an engaging experience that increases lead conversion
  • Stakeholder Management – identify all launch activities and ensure requisite tasks are assigned to responsible parties and coordinate. product launch team meetings, establish and supervise related activities to ensure all completed tasks meet project milestones
  • Team Management – manage team members, including coaching and developing existing members and hiring and onboarding new members as needed

What You Will Need
  • At least 12 years of overall experience in marketing, brand management, content marketing, advertising, and other related fields
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing channels; social media, email marketing, Push Notifications, and other possible channels
  • Strong knowledge in PR and brand building
  • Comfortable using data to generate insights for designing marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management, organized person, and have strong attention to detail
  • Strong collaborative and communications traits, able to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid leadership and comfortable in leading small to a big team
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheet, Microsoft Excel) and presentation tools (Google Slide, Microsoft Powerpoint)
