UX Researcher

Job Description:

• Advocate user-centered mindset and metrics in any decisions made
• Break down an objective into proper research approaches and build up actionable insights in a timely manner
• Facilitate discussion between relevant teams to elevate understanding of nuanced problems and challenge the status quo
• Stay on top of changing technologies, best practices in UX research and design, as well as industry standards to ensure top-notch design executions.

Requirements:

• At least 1-year experience conducting an end-to-end research process
• Has a bachelor's degree in a relevant area, such as Psychology, Computer Science, or Anthropology
• Familiar with common UX research approaches
• Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable in Indonesian and English communications (both verbal and written)
