SENIOR IT BUSINESS ANALYST (SPECIALIST IN PAYMENT DOMAIN)

Responsibilities

• Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth
• Enhancing the quality of IT products and services
• Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models
• Finding technological solutions to business requirements
• Utilizing IT data for business insights.
• Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs
• Working and communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze and define current business processes requirements
• Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
• Supporting users’ participation in deployments and implementation activities

Requirements

• Degree in computer science/engineering, business administration or related field
• Strong experience in payment domain
• At least 5 years experience in a technology-driven role
• Exceptional interpersonal skills & attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills & analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding academic records from a top-tier university in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study (master’s degree is a plus)
• Demonstrable problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills
• Having good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes
