Brand Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities :
  • Leading the brand acquisition team that consist of brand hunters, onboarding executives and admins.
  • Driving the acquisition strategy to support massive growth for Marketplace. Expanding the assortment into new categories.
  • Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activities to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Great public speaking and negotiating skills to present and pitch to different brands.
  • Great organization skills to manage and speed up brand on boarding process.
  • Having extensive network and connection to different brands and retailer would be advantage

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of fashion-retail/ e-commerce experience and has deep knowledge on the market's trend in fashion and lifestyle category 
  • Must have proven record of leadership in a work setting 
  • Ability to deliver tangible results whilst working in a challenging and ever-changing environment
  • Strong project management skills; experience managing multiple timelines in a dynamic work environment
  • Knowledge of Indonesia shopping and fashion scene
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiations skills
  • Capacity for English for verbal / non-verbal within an internal environment or cross-company
  • Having a strong passion in relationship building
  • Able to deliver results and meet targets.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and collaborative start-up environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
