Brand Acquisition Manager
Responsibilities :
- Leading the brand acquisition team that consist of brand hunters, onboarding executives and admins.
- Driving the acquisition strategy to support massive growth for Marketplace. Expanding the assortment into new categories.
- Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activities to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Great public speaking and negotiating skills to present and pitch to different brands.
- Great organization skills to manage and speed up brand on boarding process.
- Having extensive network and connection to different brands and retailer would be advantage
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of fashion-retail/ e-commerce experience and has deep knowledge on the market's trend in fashion and lifestyle category
- Must have proven record of leadership in a work setting
- Ability to deliver tangible results whilst working in a challenging and ever-changing environment
- Strong project management skills; experience managing multiple timelines in a dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of Indonesia shopping and fashion scene
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiations skills
- Capacity for English for verbal / non-verbal within an internal environment or cross-company
- Having a strong passion in relationship building
- Able to deliver results and meet targets.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and collaborative start-up environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
