Job Description:
To Assist Chief Strategy Officer in handling and maintaining all the legal works related to company corporate actions and investors matters
Job Requirements:
- Min working experience 8 years from an Indonesian leading firm (in the field of corporate, banking, finance) or MNC.
- Handling fundraising transaction mid-stage startup will be an advantage.
Nice To Have:
Having experience in handling cross border financing transaction (min. Indonesia - Singapore)
