HRBP Intern

Job Description:

• Assist in the workload analysis project
• Gather data, analyzing data, and drawing out actionable insights from data
• Present insights and reports to stakeholders
• Provide administrative support related to the HR Business Partner team

Requirements

• Final year student or fresh graduates preferably from Psychology, Management, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or related major
• Passionate about organizational and people development
• Having related experience in Human Resources or Research will be a plus
• Data-driven and solution-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skill
• Proactive and self-starter
• Available for 3 months internship
