Job Description:
- Assist in the workload analysis project
- Gather data, analyzing data, and drawing out actionable insights from data
- Present insights and reports to stakeholders
- Provide administrative support related to the HR Business Partner team
Requirements
- Final year student or fresh graduates preferably from Psychology, Management, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or related major
- Passionate about organizational and people development
- Having related experience in Human Resources or Research will be a plus
- Data-driven and solution-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skill
- Proactive and self-starter
- Available for 3 months internship
