Sales & Operation Development Associate - Digital Goods (Telco)
Job Descriptions:
- Manage Telco accounts and strategize to grow their contribution in Tokopedia
- Liaise with partners and internal operations team to deliver best service for end users
- Conduct pre and post evaluation for every initiative being executed as well as provide plan on how to improve
- Responsible for driving business growth, cost optimization, and service excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in all major disciplines
- Min. 1 year working experience in business development, partnerships and account management from reputable companies
- Possess analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, as well as negotiation skills
- Previous management and leadership experiences
- Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong stakeholder management and task prioritization skills
