Key Account Manager
What You'll Be Doing
- Achieve Monthly Target in revenue growth from current customers, renewal, or reactivation of churned customers in a form of Job Order Value from Job Farmed
- Ensure customer satisfaction and happiness by achieving +50 NPS, Customer Health Score, Issue Resolution, and 75% of retention
- Achieve Overall Growth target from total accounts per Quarter measured by Hubbers Growth and MRR
- Set a plan for upselling and cross-selling activities for customers (Can be soft-selling)
- Achieve liquidity target from given cross border job (Differentiate New Business and Refarming Jobs)
- Focus on operational excellence by ensuring SLA for hiring process from Recruitment Team (CV Sent, Interview)

Who We Are Looking For
- Someone who has experience in Strategic Customer / Stakeholder Management
- Someone who has good communication skill and must be fluent in English
- Data-driven in decision-making
- Execution Excellence: Someone who is able to drive implementation and execute tasks fast
- Leadership: Someone who has experience in leading a team
- Someone who has some recruitment background (nice to have)
