The Day-to-Day Activities
- Gather information about the user (customer) insight and voice of customers that can be used for product/marketing team to improve their features and growth performance.
- Define right strategy to grow active users on the high potential cities within Jabodetabek area with sustainable financials
- Managing special projects and PMO; ensuring stakeholders are carrying out their tasks and deliverables effectively
- Supporting product operation team, to define design of experiment. Crafting the right problem statement, success metric, and parameter of A/B testing
- Collaborating with other department members, leaders, and other stakeholders in defining, prioritizing, and assigning relevant PICs to various deliverables. The main interaction will be with marketing, business development, demand planning, marketplace, and public affairs team.
- Documenting the project's impact to Grab Indonesia top line (revenue or number of transaction)
The Must-Haves
- Minimum have 8 years working experience
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business/Management, Statistics, or Engineering field
- Effective communicator to both technical and business audiences
- Passionate about solving problems – possesses a relentless need for investigation and data exploration
- Results and detail-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively and quickly
- Experienced in product management lifecycle and design thinking
- Experienced on “growth” role and understanding analytics methodology like funnel and cohort analysis
- Foundation in data analysis using BI tools like SQL, R, Phyton, Tableau, Power BI, Ms. Excel, or similar tools will be a plus
- Relevant work experience as growth team, business/data analyst, PMO, business process improvement, or management consultant
- Experience in business growth/strategy and/or tech consulting Industry would be an advantage
