Head Of Recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
- Proactively identify and address hiring needs
- Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures
- Manage a team of recruiters and provide assistance as needed
- Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
- Oversee and improve overall candidate experience
- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
- Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand
- Participate in our company’s strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement
- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software (e.g. ATS)
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition or similar senior-level HR position
- At least 7-9 years experience as a Talent Acquisition, with managerial exposures of at least 3-4 years in leading a team
- Experiences in growth phase such as high volume of recruitment
- Proven leadership skills in leading a team and working alongside with business leaders
- Demonstrated strong strategic and business acumen to understand business needs and translating into strategies and execution
- Highly proficient in data analytics and able to crunch as well as utilize data's in crafting strategies
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
- Exposure in building an effective process-driven recruitment such as applicant tracking process, information system, etc
- Tech savvy and able to utilize various channels such as social media and professional networks
