Head Of Recruitment

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
  • Proactively identify and address hiring needs
  • Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures
  • Manage a team of recruiters and provide assistance as needed
  • Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
  • Oversee and improve overall candidate experience
  • Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
  • Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand
  • Participate in our company’s strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software (e.g. ATS)

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition or similar senior-level HR position
  • At least 7-9 years experience as a Talent Acquisition, with managerial exposures of at least 3-4 years in leading a team
  • Experiences in growth phase such as high volume of recruitment
  • Proven leadership skills in leading a team and working alongside with business leaders
  • Demonstrated strong strategic and business acumen to understand business needs and translating into strategies and execution
  • Highly proficient in data analytics and able to crunch as well as utilize data's in crafting strategies
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
  • Exposure in building an effective process-driven recruitment such as applicant tracking process, information system, etc
  • Tech savvy and able to utilize various channels such as social media and professional networks
