Key Account

  • Getting new multi-outlet customers according to target set starting from the process of collecting potential customer data, canvassing, conducting meetings with prospective customers, product presentations, to dealing with customers
  • Maintaining existing majoo customers to keep using majoo starting from the customer tracking and follow-up process, informing majoo new products and features, to dealing with customers
  • Coordinating with related parties within the company's internal related to proof of customer payments, account activation, and the process of installing devices on customers
  • Reporting sales data and activities through CRM and to their respective team leaders

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years working as Key Account or related field
  • Ability to understand technology-based product knowledge
  • Have an expertise in salesmanship skill
  • Have a strong interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Target-oriented and agile
  • Mastering Ms Excel, Google Spreadsheet, and Power Point
