Head of Business  

What will you do:

• Full P&L responsibility of Zenius lifelong learning business
• Develop short- and long-term growth plans and financial budgets to determine and meet business goals
• Own the lifelong learning business annual and quarterly planning and OKR setting and tracking
• Monitor the evolving market landscape and make strategic recommendations to drive innovation and business impact
• Drive the end-to-end implementation of large-scale, high-impact programs that are important to the success of the business
• Partner cross-functionally with product, content development, academic operations, marketing, growth, and sales to deliver on business goals
• Acts as a focal point for progress reporting on key initiatives and communicates to executives and other key stakeholders the strategy for driving the lifelong learning business

What we are looking for:

• Grasp the vision and mission of the company, and know how to deliver solutions/programs that serve the practical needs of the client/customers as well as the company's vision and mission.
• Should be at least 5-6 years of experience, experience working within a high-growth technology company would be beneficial
• P&L management experience would be beneficial
• Successful track record in planning, developing and executing strategy with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
• Fluent in English and are a convincing communicator
• Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to interpret what’s happening and define & measure success on every project
• You’re passionate about your customers and partners, always bringing questions back to what will serve them best
